We’d love to have you join us! Family Fest is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your products, services, or organization to hundreds of local families, youth, and community members in the beautiful setting of Belvedere Estate.

Whether you’re a food vendor, artisan, local business, or community organization — this is your chance to be part of a meaningful, fun-filled day that celebrates family, community, and youth empowerment.

Before you apply, please review the FAQs below to learn about booth setup, fees, parking, and other important details.

 FAQs

  • To some extent. Once you apply, the vendor organizer will contact you by phone to answer your questions and help determine if this event is a good fit for your booth.

  • Vendor fee: Each individual booth space is $50, and each vendor is limited to 2 spaces maximum.

    • 10x10 space — $50

    • 10x20 space (2 spaces) — $100

    The fee can be paid in cash on the day of the event, or sent in advance via Zelle to: bookkeeper@belvederefamily.com.

    Please note: You keep 100% of your sales — we only collect the vendor space fee.

  • Quantities are limited, so reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. You may also bring your own setup.

  • Yes. Vendors will have parking near the Main Field for easy unloading and loading. A printable parking pass will be provided before the event.

  • Yes. Please let us know how many cars and the full names of drivers so we can reserve enough spaces in the vendor parking area.

  • Yes. Signs help attract guests to your booth. Bring your own materials and tools to attach them (tape, string, clips, etc.).

  • Yes! Electricity is included in your vendor fee. Please let us know what you’ll be using it for so we can plan accordingly.

  • Yes. Many guests prefer to pay with card. We suggest setting up a mobile payment system like Square, Zelle, or Venmo before the event.

  • Yes. The event will proceed rain or shine. A sturdy tent with a back cover is recommended for weather protection.

  • Vendor setup begins at 8:00 AM. All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 10:00 AM. Late arrivals may not be allowed to set up for safety and logistical reasons.

  • Vendor space assignments and a layout map will be emailed to you closer to the event date.

  • Yes. Table coverings are not provided and are highly recommended, as tables may show signs of wear.
