Sample Volunteer Roles / Areas to Serve
Not sure how you can help? Here are some ways you can make a difference at Family Fest 2025: Peace Starts With Me:
Set-Up Crew
Help set up booths, tables, chairs, tents, and decorations before the event begins.
Hospitality & Refreshments
Assist in food and beverage stations, help with water distribution, and check on vendor hospitality needs.}
Greeters & Information Team
Welcome guests, answer their questions, and guide them to various areas of the festival.
Concert Support Team
Help with managing the crowd, assisting performers, and ensuring smooth operations during the Peace Starts With Me Concert.
Kids’ Zone Helpers
Support the children's area with games, crafts, and activities to keep the little ones engaged and safe.
Clean-Up Crew
Stay after the event to help pack up materials, take down equipment, and leave the estate clean and beautiful.
